2. Right to cancel

2.1. If you are a Consumer located within the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel this contract subject to the provisions set out below. This right is not affected by any separate returns policy on our website.

2.2. There is no right to cancel contracts for the supply of goods made to your specifications or which are clearly personalised.

2.3. If you do have the right to cancel, the following instructions apply:

Right to cancel

2.4. You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

2.5. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day:

a) on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods; or

b) in the case of multiple goods ordered by you in one order and delivered separately: on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

2.6. You may use the model cancellation form at the end of this document, but it is not obligatory.

2.7. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Returns conditions

2.8. Where you exercise your right to cancel, the following return conditions shall apply:

a) The returned goods must be delivered to us within 10 days from the date you notify us of cancellation. Returns received after this period may be refused unless agreed in advance in writing.

b) The goods must be returned complete, including all original packaging, documentation, and accessories. Items that have been worn, used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics, or altered in any way will not be eligible for return or exchange.

c) You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

d) Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

e) A restocking fee of 1% of the purchase price will be deducted from the refund.

f) This policy ensures that returned items can be resold in their original condition.

Effects of cancellation

2.9. If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, subject to the conditions set out above.

2.10. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

2.11. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:

a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied; or

b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods.

2.12. The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

2.13. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

2.14. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
